At 720p and just medium settings, you will not have an issue. Even presets 6 or 7 should be more than doable. Just don't push Anti-Aliasing too high. Stick to FXAA High or CMAA at most and you are fine.

Since I can run all other versions up to including Legion with no problem. The graphic changes don't seem that much bigger as to what they were two (2) years ago. Can somebody please share with me, whether or not I will be able to run it now? Thank you in advance for the answer.

Easily with everything on highest settings. If I may make a suggestion though, don't push the anti-aliasing too high.

Two questions. Am i able to run it on max settings on 1080p?
And the second. I think of a new monitor and i found a vfm pick but its 2560x1440p. Will i be able to still run it?
