Mavericks: Proving Grounds is an upcoming 1000-player open-world survival game that will also incorporate a battle royale mode for up to 400 concurrent players. The pair has developed a new 'SpatialOS' technology which has allowed them to put together a huge 12km squared game world and populate it with hundreds and hundreds of players. There will be wildlife, dynamic water, wildfire can spread, and you can even track player’s footprints in the mud.
