for now im running it on MED and getting 110+ FPs
i can go higher but i prefer more then 60 FPS cuz i got 144 Ghz screen

Can I run ? Most settings low at 720p maybe lower , i prefer fps over quality so im willing to go low for decent fps i put my specs in and it says medium high

No cause your GPU doesn't support DX11 needed for the game.
Geforce 200 series supports max DirectX 10.1

I can run this game (it is somewhat playable but not recommended) with a Athlon X4 860K and GT1030 so you will probably be fine... (This is on low settings with a custom optimization fix playing 1080 with 20-40 FPS)
