I'm going to give you my opinion, considering that you have a decent rig, that GPU with your rig can run some of the newest games, but on low, with the lowest resolution for 'decent' 'acceptable' FPS but with the older games like bioshock you're fine from med-high you have a decent CPU only 1% lower than mine which is good but the thing holding you back is your GPU.
On another note you can play this (DLC on low setting with some on medium if you lower it to the lowest resolution (:
