I voted yes because...I just watched the Digital Foundry analysis video. This game is mostly GPU bound and even a 580 can maintain 60 fps at tweaked high. You should be good to go.

Ultra Requirements have i7 8700 but i think that 4k is GPU bound so for the most games wont matter too much (up to 60 Hz).
I think 8700 is for 2k and high framerates. Any thoughts?

Your CPU shouldn't be paired with that GPU. $1200 - 1500 card and you have it paired with at Core i7-6700K 4-Core 4.0GHz your bottle-necking your GPU.
