Gonna be honest here, it's EPIC that this is actually a thing that's going to happen. The last few years have seen an upswing in side-scrollers (Metroidvania, platformers, etc...) and that's NOT a bad thing at all. Dust: An Elysian Tale and Bloodstained RItual of the Night are some of the best games I've ever played. If this release is successful (which it should be) maybe other publishers will resurrect OG side-scrollers too. Double Dragon, Battletoads, TMNT, etc....
