Medium settings for smooth framerate. I would look into an upgrade for cpu and gpu though. hope i helped.

Sry, i dont think you can run it on low above 15 fps. Your integrated graphics are sub par for the game.

Low to Med, for a stable framerate. Not sure on the fps though, maybe 20 to 25? hope i helped

i'd guess above 60. Your GPu is nice enough to handle it, and the CPU isnt too bad either.

First of all, you got your RAM modules all wrong. As I see you got the i3-2370M which supports up to 1333 MHz RAMs.
Second and answer to your question, GPU processor and memory clocks, memory size, high bitrates, shaders, manufacturer etc.
Third and last, sell the laptop and get a real PC if you want to play real games.

Most likely low to medium. Low, I'm guessing low @ 40-50 FPS, medium 30+.
Upgrade your CPU and you'll notice a frame rate increase. Plus maybe add another 4gb of ram and you'll be fine for now. Enjoy. =)
