To run Microsoft Flight Simulator on high graphics settings your PC will require at least a 8GB GeForce RTX 2080 / Radeon VII 16GB with a Core i7-9800X 8-Core 3.8GHz or Ryzen 7 2700X CPU. 32 GB will also be needed to achieve the Microsoft Flight Simulator rec specs and get 60FPS. Microsoft Flight Simulator needs a graphics card thats at least as powerful as a GeForce GTX 770/Radeon RX 570 4GB paired with Ryzen R3 1200/Core i5-4460 3.2GHz CPU to match the min specs. This PC setup will deliver 25-35 Frame Per Second at Low graphics setting on 720p resolution. To be able to run at all you will need at least 8 GB system memory. Make sure your GPU can run DirectX 11 or Microsoft Flight Simulator won’t run. We suggest a 3 year old PC to play smoothly.

Well ive seen its performance on an rtx 2080ti which barely only goes to the 60's in certain areas otherwise its almost always in the 35-50 fps range im talking realtime benchmarks not toms hardware lol go watch a youtube benchmark video or something please

According to youtube videos such as this one, it's mostly going to be under 60FPS at medium on average. But at high altitudes and or in lower detailed areas, you'll be hitting 60FPS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X48TEl6Yv8c

I voted no because…Flight simulator requires a heavy CPU and Memory to run smoothly. Your CPU and Memory are quite limited and unfortunately cannot push 60 even at medium settings. You can run at around 33 to 37fps on Low and with some tweaks it may run above 30 fps with decent quality.
