To anyone with a similar rig like mine, I did buy hitman 3 anyway and ran the dubai benchmark averaging 86.27FPS at 1080p medium settings which still beats the look of max graphics in hitman2016, surprisingly I feel like it even runs better than hitman2016, maybe it's more optimized, And in-game while playing I never noticed it ever drop below 60fps, so hopefully this info helps someone.

I think for the most part it's not gonna be an issue for your hardware to hit 60, If there are any dips in fps it should be in the most intense game environments.
