Your PC will need a graphics card thats as powerful as a GeForce GT 230/Radeon HD 6550D and it should be paired with either a Athlon II X3 460/Core i3-2115C 2.0GHz CPU to match the Starbound recommended system specs. This PC setup will deliver 60 Frames Per Second on High graphics settings on 1080p monitor resolution. System memory required for Starbound is 4 GB performance memory. Taking a look at the min reqs you will require a Radeon X600 Series graphics card with a Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+ processor to reach the minimum Starbound specs, run on low graphics setting and 720p. can i REALLY run this game? because i tried it and it was very laggy(enemies teleporting/rubber banding and of course low fps)

I really doubt it you could get a manageable FPS you could try to set the games priority to high in the Task manager See if that works X)

on my old computer i couldn't run but just to be 100% sure i can run on maximum settings right? *im not trying to brag about anything im just questioning if i can max this game with 60+ fps while using fraps

Hey can i run this on low? I think i should b able 2 but im missing 130mb of ram on my card, i only have 125 out of a "needed" 256mb.

im not quite sure but i have a intel gma 300 and going to upgrade to radeon hd6450 asus low profile next week to play starbound i run it 1fps on low with my gma

Any1 knows why openGL screws the UI of the game to white flat screen and grey boxes?
p.s I can run it on normal mode but sometimes fps drop to 45.

I get the same problem but I havent delved into it too much the game is in beta and changes are always happening. As of right now normal mode runs fine constant 60 fps.
