Yes, medium should run fine. You can try turning some graphics settings up to high, your resolution will help in this case.

I can max this game at 1080p with all settings at ultra without any AA as I do not see the difference between no AA and AA on. Just throwing that out there for everyone. :)

Also, let it be noted that my old Geforce 6600 GT - 128mb RAM, AMD Athlon XP 3200+ and 1GB of RAM was able to play this at low 720 HD

On that res. you can max it but 2-4x AA for 45 fps.

this game doesn't use more than 2 cores and his cpu is a great dual core so yeah, it will be slower than some quad cores and some other dual cores, but you'll be fine.

Runs best on Intel, but yeah you probably could. I can run it on Extreme Settings and still have 60+ fps. Even higher in certain Arcade games.

Sorry, what do you mean by "higher minimum fps"? The reason Intel runs better on this game is because Intel CPUs are lightly threaded, compared to AMD being heavily threaded. I never said you couldn't run it at max settings either.

o well at the base i get 130 fps on max so will i run good in hevy battle and people say intels better and when i say higher min fps is that it wont dip as low as amd will

no way. you should be to max it out all the way. Your processor is absolutel fine. Probably a driver problem

Or if it uses only 2 cores like they say half of my cpu is sleeping too. Since crysis 3 gpu usage stays 99%

max in 1v1. In 4v4 your processor might make it lag in big engagements, but you should be fine with max all the way
