Love it! My bottle neck is my RAM... 8GB of DDR2 when the requirement is 512MB.
However the game really bugs out with my system... I think it might be the fact of my GPU chipset may not be compatible due to the increase in power compared to what the recommended is though. Tell me if I am wrong.

Running 30-60+ FPS on ultra with AA and ICE AI Traffic installed. (Adds a lot of traffic (Traffic density 30%) and some big airports can become a cluster**** of planes)

It's actually a good question. I have an FX-9590 and a GTX 1050 Ti with 16GB of DDR3 1866MHz RAM, and I only get about 15FPS. Obviously there's something not right, but I can't seem to figure it out, so i can't run it

FX-8350 and a GTX 1060 3GB, with 16 GB of RAM and my PC stutters too. It was a poorly optimized game back when it was released and dovetail didnt fix much. I suggest increasing your core usage in config, it helps alot with octacore PC's.

Man, This game has average optimization so medium/high settings at 1280x1024 no aa should be fine with your rig and fps i guess 40+. I do not know how mods will affect graphic settings.

This game is very poorly optimized. I suggest that you all go in the Low/Medium/High range instead of maxing it.

I did, my specs SHOULD have maxed it out, even on my budget PC (GTX 550 Ti, Athlon II X3 450). It just runs sloppily, below about 30FPS.

My graphics card is 82% above the recommended requirements and your GPU is 600% better than mine so yeah your CPU also exceeds the system requirements. So yes you can run it.

Probably medium or high but with a very playable it might lag on high but not 100% sure the palit GT630 2gb should run it. You do know that card was discontinued though? And buying second hand essentially means no warranty, think carefully.
