Dirt 5 requires a Radeon RX Vega 64 8GB graphics card with a Core i5-9600K 6-Core 3.7GHz or Ryzen 5 2600X 6-Core 3.6GHz processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. 16 GB will also be needed to achieve the Dirt 5 rec specs and get 60FPS. Dirt 5 needs a graphics card thats at least as powerful as a GeForce GTX 970 4GB/Radeon RX 480 4GB paired with FX-4300/Core i3-2130 3.4GHz CPU to match the min specs.
