You'd be able to play on the high setting, but not ultra or ultra high. If you want a higher setting you'll need a GTX 560/560Ti+.

You can on medium at 720p with 30 fps+!

I can run this at ultra settings with everything maxed out in highest resolution.

In towns were there's more players I get between 25-35 FPS
In less populated areas I can reach 35-60 FPS
Just match your against mine for ultra settings

You can run this on high settings with perfectly playable framerates..... it won't be 60FPS ALL the time, but you really can't expect that in an MMO, you will likely average about 45 FPS on high..... if you're trying for 60 FPS, just adjust down from high and see what you get, but honestly I don't think a solid 60 FPS is needed in this game. you might achieve it, but then again ....MMO

I don't know... Says I run it at 35fps max and that my bottleneck is the GPU, but I run this game at 60fps with everything on high. Do I risk killing my GPU?

If you mean overclock.... you're not going to kill your GPU by overclocking it, as long as you use a safe overclocking method like MSI Afterburner, keep an eye on your temps(if they are going over 90C you need to back off or crank the fan up)..... you can pretty likely squeeze ALOT of extra performance out of your card safely..... enough to atleast get you another 10 frames per second in this game

Not sure which 750 TI you're running, but if you are running one with the 1020Mhz reference clock, then you have a TON of overclocking overhead....... for one thing the RAM is actually UNDERCLOCKED, it's 6000Mhz RAM being ran at 5400Mhz...... a good conservative RAM overclock would be to set your effective Memory clock to 6200Mhz, so in Afterburner give the RAM clock +400Mhz.

For the core clock, most 750 TI are capable of ATLEAST +100Mhz on the core clock coming up from the stock 1020Mhz clock....... so +100 is a good place to start.......... I doubt you'll have to tweak your voltage at all, so just leave that alone unless your display driver crashes in games, if so give maybe +12 to +18MV, it's not unsafe to even crank it all the way to +31, so don't worry.

I 'm not sure what's going on with it, I am running it at max settings and get random lag spikes, not even a demanding game. It may be bandwidth/server related as I know its not my rig.

Your graphics card is decent enough. Your processor though might be dragging the fps down. Probably medium, or medium-high I'd say.

As i continued to study the requirements of the game...you should be running the game on medium on a lower resolution, like 1280x720.You should get an average of 35-45 fps
