Best MMO forsure :) no lag or fps drops getting a constant 60-80 fps in all areas.. safe to say i paid the right amount of money for this game and was well worth it :)

I think that since its a pretty old rig it would be like a powerpoint maybe 10-20 frames max on lowest

I play the most of the games like dead island,bf bc 2,cod black ops 1 and 2.
And for this game im missing only 1 gb ram.This graphs are worse than skyrim...

I don't play this game, but If I had to guess.... my guess would be because the game is DX9 and modern cards are made for DX11, and may or may not perform too well on DX9, back off your settings a bit, or see if a DX11 option is available.

I'm playing ESO w a FX-6100 8g ram and an r9 270x 4 oc on ultra with a res of 3840x2160 all data says i should be getting 60+ fps. I know at 4k res 30hrtz is max but I'm still only getting avg of no more than 20fps. What is my bottleneck. I slaved in a R9 290x Im waitin for a new psu. how do i get a solid 30 fps?

Probably absolute lowest, the HD4600 graphics are god awful. build a real gaming machine. That's your best bet.
