For anyone looking up this game, just wanted to inform that it seems that Notch dropped this game earlier this month. There is, though, a fan project based on the concept of the game. The fan-project is called Project Trillek.
Should be easy to find, look it up.

Notch. Oh, he's a character. If he's not ripping off games wholesale from lesser-known developers (Minecraft, I'm talking to you), he starts development on overly ambitious titles, teases people with gameplay vids, and then drops said project forever.
The guy's a tit.

Don't get me wrong, but i actually prefer to pay monthly subscription for a game (as long as the price is reasonable).
Why?
First of all, i hate the Fremium model, no i dont play games that are F2P and require money to obtain in-game items. And that because its more like Pay-to-Win than actually try to do something and win.
And second, i demand more stuff and quality from a game that i pay every month (like WoW) and it has to offer

them or it will loose its people.
So i hope it is a subscription based game. I am pretty sure its quiality will be much higher than F2P.

totally i hate the typical f2p model where you either have to play 200 hours to get a good item, because it costs ridiculously huge amounts of ingame xp, or pay 20 dollars for it. i want to pay for a game and either get everything at once or if its subscription based have regular updates with new content. also i hate when they give you half a game for full price and then want you to pay 2 dollars a piece for colour schemes or characters that should have been there in the first place (e. g. street fighter x tekken)

well i dont play WOW or anything but what angers me is of battlefield 3 it takes a ton of time to unlock every gun and every assignment and then they have these short cut kits that you buy and unlocks everything, sure i know that i worked hard unlocking stuff, but other people dont see that as something hard to get because newbie players have already unlocked everything i have

yeah its especially annoying when they do it in multiplayer games (especially since bf3 with all updates cost so much money before the premium bundle for 60 euro came out). i definitely am never buying anything published by EA ever again, they are just getting worse and worse.

Yeah i really hope this whole "buy a code to play online" thing that ea is doing doesn't catch on with other companies

Well we can't expect anything good or bad. I don't quite like the subscription . No one likes it. But who knows maybe something great comes out ?

This game might damage notch in a way that it might be difficult to come out of. Having a monthly subscription to video games is very costly and most people do not like it. I am saying this because not over two months ago Knight of the Old Republic announced they are going to be offering a F2P option for those that do not want to pay every month. This game may be good for Youtubers and people seriously devoted to video games.
