Yeah should run but you might have to play with low settings to get playable frames :)

You should be able to run it at a playable FPS easily. If anything I'd say your RAM's starting to age somewhat.

Hmm. I'm pretty sure your pc will, although I'm not too sure about your GPU, considering my Intel HD4000 IGP is more powerful than yours. Perhaps not at 1080p, but should be fine otherwise.
