I voted no because game won't load on 32-bit system. IT needs atleast 4GB and 64-bit OS. Also CPU and GPU are not enough.

The game runs very well, for anyone interested i can run ultra around 65fps without any dips below 60fps, in my 15 hours of gameplay the lowest i ever saw it was 55 like once. Posting this just so people can compare specs for reference :)
