The game performs terribly on my GTX 960M. The fps can't stay at 30 and usually drops down to 20 for no reason at all.

This oughta be at least playable, right? I'd rather have a game that don't look that great than no game at all on a rig like this. So, it'll run on lowest setti

Settings Used:
1920x1080
2XMSAA (Lowest AA Setting Possible)
Shadow Resolution 2048x2048 (ranging from 512x512 to 8192x8192). Game looks quite nice.
FPS: 30 to 60, depending on the place.

You can probably run it on the lowest settings or the game may not start at all.
It is not free to play.

A lot of AMD users with older Graphics Cards are experiencing the same.
No known fix has been published, I am sorry :(

There is no Med-High.
I believe you have to set AA to a minimum which is 2xMSAA (still quite deadly) and Shadow Resolution to either 512x512 or 1024x1024.
The game looks horrible on 512x512 btw :/

It'll probably run, but don't expect good performance. I still get frame drops even on my rig - it's quite poorly optimised.

Perhaps...but you will not enjoy most of it. You can't select anything lower than 2xMSAA and that is deadly for your Graphics Card.

man overclock is not like that on stock voltages you can add 15 to % (2.4*1.15=2760mhz)
mine is at 3506mhz, but you need techical knowledge i cant explain here. for gpu you can use trixx, my hd6850 was 775mhz and now its 970mhz. be careful

Considering how XIII runs currently, I don't think so. If you can, the frame rate will likely be in the 20's and below.

Finally it can be pre-ordered in steam, I'm gonna buy it and give it a go, hopefully SE will also release their future release JRPG like FF XIV into the PC system and not console exclusive anymore :D
