Runs on 940m 768p high settings. Borderless mode to remove mouse icon from screen, set cpu affinity to all threads, set priority to high to remove weird crazy stuttering .

Hard to say. I wouldn't guarantee 30FPS. I'd defiantly stay away from DX11.

You might have an issue here and there. But for the most part it should run smoothly. There are a few more intense areas in the game. You might be able to do Medium settings even, tweaked of course. Lower AA and post effects.

Not on high for 60FPS. You could tweak it to get a solid 30 around medium and low.

Hey guys, I am looking for someone who's willing to complete all 20 waves in coop with me, pick me up on Uplay and/or on Steam. My name is Patkos96 in both clients.
Note that I have no microphone, so you won't need it either...

the game is just like CS GO, and the gameplay is worse than the previous series.

CS GO & Blacklist are so far apart in terms of gameplay it's almost as ridiculous as this statement.

I'd even call them utterly different genres if I didn't already know your feeble mind considers all games with guns the same.
