Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Don't worry bro! this game is an exception here! you can run it on high settings with 35fps avg. unlike San andreas which will require you low settings with lower resolution(800x600) to play it optimally ;)

is there anyway to limit the FPS to 60, the Frame Limiter limits it to 30FPS which isn't great and with it off I get about 200FPS.

I got a new GPU and moved to HDMI and then this game wouldn't work lol. Had to uninstall it and delete any Vice City files in REGEDIT. Working now though :P
