The built-in benchmark in this game is deceptive for me lol. Had 77 FPS on Extreme settings on there but barely 35 when in realtime battles zoomed in. Lowering settings to High and turning off SSAO and Vegetation Alpha restored the framerate to -52-60 during large 4k troops battles.

Plz help me! In large battles 2,4k vs 2,4k i start to lose animations and units are lagging, FPS is OK, is this cause of my CPU, should i get an i7?

I managed to benchmark an average of 70 fps on Extreme (highest) setting. But realistically I only get about 50fps in game (no difference between campaign map)

Hey Buddy, better try HIGH settings at 1080p (no AA, keep unit size large). This is 3D RTS game not first person shooter you dont need 60. On HIGH youll get about 35fps zommed in battles, its hard to get 60fps at large battles even at MED.

i dont understand why i have micro sttuter in this game .. i mean if i play a battle like 3 k vs 4,5 k the fps its ok but its gonna start losing the animations .. any ideas ?! =/

Emperor edition , and no i dont have any mods in it .
I hate the fact that animations are going to hell when a battle it;s on ! -_- fps remain stable but animations are **** ..

Try very high settings, shadows medium, no aa, 1280x720 res also oc a little bit your GPU.
