PC System Analysis For Final Fantasy XV Requirements
Final Fantasy XV requires a Radeon RX 480 4GB graphics card with a Core i7-3770 4-Core 3.4GHz or FX-8350 processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. You should also have 16 GB system memory. The best chance at playing this at minimum sys specs on a 1280x720 screen res will be if your PC has at least the GeForce GTX 760/Radeon R9 280 graphics card. The CPU required to meet minimum requirements is a FX-6100/Core i5-2500 3.3GHz processor. With that PC you will be getting around 30FPS on low graphics and may need to adjust some of the other Final Fantasy XV graphics options. Minimum RAM requirements are 8 GB system memory. Your graphics card will need to be capable of running DirectX 11.00. This means you will require a 6 year old PC to play smoothly.

there is a big chance that there will be A PC version of Final Fantasy XV
however it can be that SE would not say that on 31 march
and mostly the game would be released later than the console release
for example FF 13 was the same

Listen, as someone who has played both episode duscae and the platinum demos I can tell you that the gameplay is NOTHING like MGR at all. And the graphics are really disappointing and the AA is piss poor. Only the back drops are decent.
