to be honest, I don't think you can run even at medium, I am running at about 30FPS at medium at 720p, an according to your rig percent difference, my rig is over 50% better. But realistically, that's just a number. So, your CPU may do better as it has hyperthreading and L3 Cache, mine doesn't. So it's possible.

Medium settings for best performance as it's heavy on the CPU. You could obviously get High settings with that card but it's better to not have to change settings around all the time :)

so i found a way to play games on on high settings :D for low regs like mine i tried it with 3 games they looked full hd it worked on my laptop screen to do this you need to put screen at 1280 x 720 and put all settings to low and connect the laptop to your full hd tv i have a samsung led full full hd tv i connected it through htmi and it worked hope this worked with you games tested both resident evil revelations and 6 and cod mw3 enjoy :D

Well ArmA is a great game so I think it'll just get better with more content ;)
Now if we just had Finnish Defense Forces as we did in Operation Flashpoint :D
