Man, I think you can run this game. Low settings no aa at 1366x768 or lower resolutions. You can use fraps and msi afterburn for measuring fps[they are more accurate than anyone's guess].

contrary to many might say, i love this game, love everything about it, the visuals, the physics, and i can really feel the speed with them fast cars here.. maybe because it felt nostalgic, the visuals reminds me of gran turismo 2..

Guys i've tried to run this game before, not sure about the settings, and it used to crash as soon as the first cutscene end. Can i run this at lowest settings with lowest possible resolution and what fps? :)

I don't know why, but often the frames go under 40 and it laggs...
Look at my specs... I can even play Crysis 2 with DirectX 11 patch and HD Textures on tweaked ultra... My CPU is 86% better than recommended and GPU 82%...

I tried even lowering from High on FullHD with 4xAA to all Medium on 1680x1050 without AA. No changes. Still framedrops...

I looked up the utilization of my PC with MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner:

GPU: max. 35%, normally 25-30%
GPU-Mem: -16% : -500MB of 3GB
CPU: max. 45%, normally 30-35% at only 4 from 8 cores, the others in Idle

So why the hell does this lag sometimes?? :(?

did you check your Graphics Drivers? that's the main culprit of lower FPS than you should be able to get. you exceed recommended, so I would bet on your drivers being outdated.

I have the same problems with my rig. I play 1080p and get 25-35 fps on max with no AA. My drivers are up to date

that's weird. maybe your processor's being overworked, which I doubt, or your RAM's full, which I also doubt, my advice would be to do some routine tests to speed up your computer (Advanced System Care is a good free one, there's a pro alternative, but it doesn't do much more than the free version), and then see, I really don't know what to tell you.

Guys, all I know is that if you aren't using the 1.02 patch you'll get performance issues. Before i installed the patch I had the same issue, but with the patch I get steady 60 fps, 100% maxed out with vsync.
