For a dungeon keeper its pretty bad. Cant change the size of the buildings, the dungeon entrance is rarely used, cause all enemies who enter your dungeon prefer to use freakin ladders placed all over your dungeon, which also makes traps pointless, as it is nearly impossible to figure out where the enemy will attack from and place traps to counter them.

You can run it on low settings at your current resolution. But if you aren't satisfied with fps rate, reduce your resolution slightly. You can get 30+ fps though. :)

The game doesn't seems too demanding. You should be fine with max settings and 50+ fps. Have fun! :)

Generally, yes but not for this game and I'm upgrading to 3570k soon anway.
And this game haven't improved much since alpha, full of bugs, lack of things to do, boring. It's a good looking, buggy, dumbed down Dungeon Keeper.
