i don't know why but this game lagg even on low but i can play sniper ghost warrior 2 on medium settings as gta iv too

Your GPU is not powerful enough to play this game. Even I Using AMD APU i only get 24 fps in low settings:
CPU: AMD APU C-70 Dual-Core 1.33 GHz
RAM: Radeon 4 GB DDR3 (PC-1333)
VGA: Radeon 6290 256MB (Int. Clock 533MHz)

This is the type of game I've been looking forward to (after Playing Open TTD, I wanted something like that, but on a smaller, city-wide scale), and I had never heard of Cities in Motion, I'll definitely have to check out the first one, or I may just wait for this one.
