Aliens: Colonial Marines requires at least a Radeon HD 5850 1024MB or GeForce GTX 560 to meet recommended requirements running on high graphics setting, with 1080p resolution. This hardware should achieve 60FPS. 2 GB will also be needed to achieve the Aliens: Colonial Marines rec specs and get 60FPS. We suggest a 14 year old PC to play smoothly.

I can run in medium settings in 1366x768(laptop res), so you can run at least low.

I think it's a good game, it's cap the frame rate at 62 but it's feel kinda more than that, the only draw back is bad friendly AI

not only is this game horribly optimized but it is also the worst game of 2013 i honestly got it for free from a giveaway and i personally gave it away after 30 minutes of playing this game....dont even ask to run this game...its a waste of HDD space

Is it just my pc or dose this game have some bad fps drops wen on max settings ? I have all the updates . And over all it runs at 60 fps just ever now and then it well drop to around 45 for just a sec !

It may run,but you will need to set settings to lowest,and still it may be unplayable...about 5-10 fps...you dont call that gaming,right? :)
