Whoever says BioWare isn't a great company these days is obviously not paying attention. There were a ton of complaints about ME3's original ending, and what did they do? They addressed almost every single one of them, and gave us new content and a new take on the ending, that in my opinion fixed 99% of the problems.
And now they give us free DLC to boot. People can say what they want, but even if BioWare has made some mistakes, they still clearly care about their customers unlike some (Capcom, for example).
