I think you would need to lower the resolution to get over 60fps consistently.

Easy 60fps, but some drops in crowded planets like eos and havarl. You can tick some options on high, but it would stutter since you have 8gb ram.

750ti is wayy outdated. Your cpu wouldn't help as well.

Just installed it and it runs fine, 45 fps on average, everything low 1080p (720p upscaled), In high demanding scenes the frame rate will drop to about 20 fps but still very playable as i'm used to playing games at &#60 20 fps.

Then I recommend monitoring your cpu gpu via afterburner so you can see what's causing your problem and make sure you see temperature aswell

im playing it on MID-HIGH settings and i do get some frame drops but nothing you can notice often i suggest trying different graphic settings or check of some background processes that could be sucking the system resources

Thanks for your answers, after enabling v-sync and and doing some patches the game is playable now, however cant play more than low, im going to assume its the 8gb of ram because i have nothing that should slow the pc, i tested it.
Thanks!
