Yes it can. I would say all Medium-Low settings, AA off + VSync Off, 1080p will give you about 40-50 fps average. Disabling backround processes, unparking CPU cores etc. may give you 3-4 fps boost.

60FPS with triple buffering at 1080p all settings set to maximum
However, I get some frame drops, which I think is due to AA.
Disabling AA, reduces frequency.

Yes. I have this game and it runs quite smooth on this laptop at 1024x768 on medium/high (25-50 fps). Just disable your GPU and play it with your iGPU instead (I'm seeing that your GPU has worse performance than your iGPU, so try the game with both).

Im playing this on all medium settings, 1280x720, and no AA. Get about 15-35 fps and sometimes drops further than that when things get intense. Should lower settings a bit...but its all good.

Certainly! Try with high settings at your current resolution. If that doesn't work, reduce your settings to medium and shadows on low.

Cover your webcam with folded paper or something. Other than that, check multiplayer or audio settings. Might just be your mic getting turned on.
