You meet min req. so yes but FPS will be not great. Go on the black ops 2 game page for a second opinion! If you can run the game, you can run the DLC. Bare in mind you will need a season pass OR the hardened edition to get this DLC!

Sorry, but no. Your CPU may be just able to (not very well, though), but your GPU needs an urgent update! Your ram would only allow you to play on the lowest possible settings. Really, this would be a huge waste of money for you. Save that money towards a new computer, man. :)
