A lot of features in the MSGO aren't that heavy on GPU. Like a little more variety in landscaping and the sounds.
Then there are some that could even put mine to the test as well.
To play Morrowind I think the most important feature is to increase the viewing distance, which in the vanilla version is really low. So I would focus on that if I were you.
I wouldn't mess too much with water ripples, reflection or AA with your GPU, to give just a few examples.

When Installing the overhaul, it'll ask you for your rig and all, Install it at low if you want smooth 60fps+ , at medium if you want 25+Fps , but not more than that. You'll be good tho

But I owned a 9400 GT until recently, it's very weak... unless you're referring to a different card?

completely different rig.
Amd FX-8350, 16 gigs of ram, an R9 290X Tri X card from Sapphire.
It is going to be amazing.
As for the 9400 GT, it is decent enough. for now.

Most people can run this, in fact most people should sky rocket FPS. The issue is the towns, the towns have horrible FPS drop that I can't figure out.

Should run on medium-high settings. You might have some problems trying to run it on windows vista, if you do, search it on google, you might find a fix to run it with.

How the hell did you get gold stars on that rig... I mean sure, its an old game but dude... you're living in the stone age.

I can run Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Fine. An the reason I got low FPS is because the ENGINE IS CRAP. My cousin tried to run this with a rig that could run Crysis 2 fine and he still had problems with this. The reason I get gold TICKS is because I should be able to run it but, yet again, it has a bad engine. An also, I live after 6000 BCE, so stop acting like its the worst rig in the world.
