Quake Wars is a class-based, objective focused, team-oriented game. Teams are based on human (GDF) and alien (Strogg) technology. While the teams are asymmetrical, both sides have the same basic weapons and tools to complete objectives. Unlike other team-based online games (such as the Battlefield series), the gameplay is much more focused on one or two main objectives at once, rather than spread all over the combat area. This allows for much more focused and intense combat situations, similar to the original Unreal Tournament assault mode.

Yes, you can run it on medium to high, but to get the most fps you can run it in low settings. :)

You could probably run this on medium but because I couldn't find your CPU and GPU in the same section this is a estimate but with being a old game there is a chance you could run it. :)

Please, don't ask if you can run this game when it's clear that you can max it just to show off your PC. If you really want to know then go to something like Crysis 3 or Battlefield. If you honestly were not sure then okay, but there's no way that a rig like that couldn't handle this game. This is most likely way your reputation is wavering in to the negative side.
