Pandora: First Contact will require Radeon HD 4870 graphics card with a Core i3-530 2.9GHz or Phenom 9500 Quad-Core processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. 4 GB will also be needed to achieve the Pandora: First Contact rec specs and get 60FPS. Don't try and play Pandora: First Contact without 2 GB, which helps get the 30FPS Another thing to consider is the DirectX capability of your GPU. Pandora: First Contact needs a GPU capable of running DirectX 9.00. We suggest a 15 year old PC to play smoothly.

a sci-fi TBS like Alpha Centauri? If done right, I'm sold. (never played Alpha centauri, if figure it's a pain getting to work on Windows 7.)

Pandora is over used as a metaphor is games and other media. Its not often Pandora is used in context. imo its now just used as a quick way of saying "check out the surprise we left you" followed by a whole load of disappointment but this seems cool lmao have you signed up to the beta?

i get the feeling from the hex pics at the end that theve gone for a cross between civ 5 and galciv 2, if thats the case, they cant really go wrong lol

if your gonna use game engine, might as well be the same one Civilization uses. looks nice, plays good. easily modifiable. A sound choice aslong as it plays differently. Warlock (as little as i played it) felt fresh. we can only hope this wilbethe same
