You need a Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ processor coupled with a GeForce 8800 GT to run Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft system requirements at recommended. You can expect to get around 60FPS at 1080p screen res on high graphics settings with this hardware. 4 GB will also be needed to achieve the Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft rec specs and get 60FPS. Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft needs a graphics card thats at least as powerful as a GeForce 6800 GT/Radeon X1600 Pro 512MB paired with Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3600+/Pentium D 805 2.67GHz CPU to match the min specs. This PC setup will deliver 25-35 Frame Per Second at Low graphics setting on 720p resolution. System memory for min is 2 GB. The game does not have any settings that alter performance. You can only adjust the resolution.

It actually has 3 presets ( low, med, high ).
The actual requirements are off, plays on my GFs ancient Radeon x1550 perfectly even on high settings windowed while multitasking.
Everyone should at least to run it since it's free.

Because you still need those requirements to play the game you just can't lower the graphics if you get a crappy framerate. South park stick of truth did too.

Yes. Switch to the high resolution, but stick to low graphics settings. You should get around 45+ FPS.
