the minimum gpu requirements for the game are lower than his gpu, and the game uses only 200-300mb of Vram on Low settings 1080p, let alone 720p, so he has a great chance and this game uses only one cpu core/thread, so his cpu can't get much better than this,

Ive used a 5450 before. not enjoyable to play this game with. its a ****e optimized game. if it wasnt so hard to run, yes, he would be fine, but that gpu is too weak (and i know from personal experience)

Settings and FPS? I have this game and it seems to be screwing around with FPS. I even play the DayZ mod and that has similar settings yet I get very low FPS. On medium I get around 20. RAMDisk helps a bit, tell me what you guys think. T.T

I have recommended system requirements for this game and it still runs 25fps on low in an open field and god forbid if I enter a city or town

2GB isn't gonna get uber high frames, neither is that CPU. At minimum about 25FPS sounds about right, add another 2GB RAM and you should be getting about 35-40FPS, a better CPU will increase this further. Your GPU is fine for running this game at medium/high just fine, though.
