You can but you'll be looking at the LOW settings and LOWEST Resolution , it's your GPU :(

I've played the demo and it runs pretty well, but I was wondering if the DayZ mod would slow things down more. I would like to buy the full game (for DayZ of course), but I know pretty much nothing about the DayZ mod. Does the mod make the game run slower than normal?

The demos have none HD textures so they dont require as much to run, Day Z requires a even better rig due to the fact that it has more scripts to run.

New parts came today! A new CPU and graphic card! ARMA II still hasn't arrived so one last check; what settings do you think i will be able to play on, while recording with fraps, and get a decent FPS? need to get straight into recording!;D cheers!

well bud it is a very nice rig I would say ultra settings and I am guessing you should get like 40-60 without fraps so I would recommend high settings with fraps should give you a very playable frame rate enjoy the game bud ;D
