There are no minimum requirements and the recommended say that I won't be able to play it... So I would like to know if I will be able to run it even at low-medium graphics with enough FPS (without lag).

you need a min of 3.0ghz cpu, Trouble with this game it is 1 core dependant so multi cores under 3.0ghz will struggle a bit.
