You need a Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz or Phenom 9850 Quad-Core processor coupled with a GeForce 8800 GT to run Grand Theft Auto IV system requirements at recommended. You should be able to max it out and run it at 60 FPS , either u have a ing virus ing your CPU , or your GPU is damaged , even i can max this game with a 750 TI.

i tell you, it's a terrible pc port, in games like black ops 2, spec ops the line, resident evil 6 i get 150 fps (and their system requirements are higher than gta iv), I also run far cry 5 on high settings (something even on ultra) at50fps

TRUST ME THIS WILL RUN! i was able to run with a core 2 duo e6750, geforce 8600gt (which is a 2007 piece of crap) and 2 GB ram, so trust me this will run

why there is no amd 5450 512mb in the minimum requirments it runs smoothly please include it in minimum reqs
