First gt 740m is a gpu for laptops,you cant have it on Desktop PC.Secondly,which version of gt 740 do you have,GDDR3 or GDDR5 version,because there is a noticable diffrence betwen them.However,if your using GDDR3 version you can run the game smoothly with no problems but settings & resolution,i would recommend to low resolution to 720p and go for low-medium settings for good fps.

Should do if not,than just lower shadows or textures a bit cause they are most demanding.
