The game takes place during an alternate ending of Scarface, on the premise that Tony Montana was able to avoid being killed. Forced to fight his way out, he kills Alejandro Sosa's assassins and escapes. Sosa is contacted by his surviving assassins (As Tony and the police killed many of them) on how Tony's Drug Empire is no more and how it is now split into pieces. Tony swears off cocaine and makes a vow to make up for his mistakes and kill Sosa.

Or maybe a more simple solution is this:
-Right click on shortcut of scarface on your desktop.
-Then select 'Properties'.
-Go to the tab 'Compatibility'.
-Check the box which says: Run this program in compatibilitymode for..
-Choos Windows XP service pack 3.
I don't know if this will work but in theory it will work for sure :p
