That is just an estimation. There are normally people who can give you a much more accurate estimation based on your specifications.

Just thought I'd make an observation. Turning down the screen resolution sky rockets the FPS on this game. If I max out all settings and turn PostFX on at 1920 x 1080 pixels, I get about 20FPS. If I go down to 1366 x 768 I get over 30FPS.

I was able to run this game on lowest resolution and lowest settings. In fullscreen, it was 20fps and in windowed mode, it was near 23fps. Still, enjoyable. I should upgrade my ram and the performance would be better :D

Your RAM is quite outdated, but you should upgrade probably focus on a new GFX card and maybe pick up some cheap DDR3 RAM.

The problem is I have pci 1.0 motherboard and it doesn't support ddr3 ram. So, I cannot buy a card woth pci 2.0 and nor I can't buy a new motherboard. So, I can just get a 2gb ram stick :D

Hmmm, well an extra 2GB of low end RAM still won't help much. If your motherboard can't take DDR3 RAM or PCI-E 2.0 then you really should upgrade if you're a serious gamer. You should be able to run a newer GFX card on your board, but it'll only run at PCI-E 1.0 speed. For just over £40 you can get a motherboard that runs DDR3 memory and is compatible with your current CPU. Though I understand being unable to upgrade your system, I had an 8 year old laptop with a broken screen for about 3 years XD

The only problem is I am a student and I would have to ask for money from my parents. If I had a job, I would have bought a beast rig as I am a serious gamer :D But I don't have, so I have to wait for a few years and when I get a job, I will buy a beast rig on the day when I get the salary. Well, I am going to get a laptop(I am going to buy a powerful one) for my higher educations in a couple of years. So, it would suffice my needs until I get a job ;D

I'm a student myself high fives :P I built my rig while I was at Sixth Form and had a part time job. Since I've been at uni, I haven't been able to afford to do anything to it, so I know how you feel. If you go for a desktop rig, save up enough to buy all the parts at once. If you buy bit by bit, the parts you bought earlier could become a bottleneck for the newer parts. Oh, and set a goal for what you want. I just bought the stuff I could afford straight away, if I saved up for another two months or so, I'd have a much better rig. Decide what you want, then save till you can afford it.

Yeah, go for low to medium and get around 30FPS. You may be able to get higher with a lower screen resolution and by tweaking the settings a bit.

This game is very demanding on your hardware. You'll need a powerful system to run this on high, especially if you want to use PostFX. Great physics though, fantastic.

Honestly, I'd go for low and hope for the best of about 20 - 25FPS. Despite GD saying that I can ace this game on ultra, I have to play on medium to get 30FPS, it's so much more demanding than those requirements let on. Give the tech demo a try for free.

yeah, GD doesnt seem to be using the OFFICAL requirements, as listed on the beamng drive website, looking at your rig Kallum, your limit on beamng drive is your CPU, as BeamNG.Drive is the most cpu intensive game ever made.

Lowest at best, but you'd probably be wasting your money. Try the tech demo, it's about 100MB in size and is free, so try it to see if you can run it.

Definitely. Also, you said you run at 15FPS, did you turn down Mesh Quality and Lighting Quality to the lowest? I did and got a really good FPS boost. The settings on the left side as well, make sure that "Enable" isn't clicked.
