No, put AA on lowest setting (or off for best perfrmance), anisotropic filtering to off and ubersampling off, everything else max at 1080p.

Your GPU is a major bottleneck. Maybe on lowest setting. Not sure about fps, maybe 15-25 at 720p. Upgrade to a 660 gtx, they got quite cheap and are still good.

Put the resolution at 800x600, make sure all anisotropic filtering and anti-aliasing are turned off, turn off all shadows ect...

Yeah, it's your iGPU, I think, I don't see a problem if you want to run this game at Ultra settings. :)

You can play the game full ultra settings with 60fps+ especially on that res. With ubersampling on you should get around 30-+ (i was able to get around 25++ fps with ubersampling on on a gtx650ti 1GB)

Full ultra 60FPS+, even with ubersampling on you will probably get a playable framerate, not 60fps, but playable

full ultra 60fps with your gpu and that res...... not sure for uber tho...

Bud of has a very similar setup and he can push 60 - 100+ with US on

yes definitely recommend.Your pc will run it well over 30fps, i used to have a pc with core2duo 2.2ghz 2gb ram GT9600 1GB gpu, and i was able to play the game with around 30-+FPS on low 720p..The one you have now can definitely push more fps, i would say that on 1080p you will be able to play medium with playable fps

Well, about your problem, try to turn off Vsync, if possible, try to re-install the game.

I turned off vsync and re-installed it .. no difference :/

Your res is too high, i've seen guys running the game with similar frame rates on 720p with r7 250. Your r7 250x aint way better, but allows you to get a bit more fps in games. Put a lower resolution like 1360x768p or even 720p. Put everything on low, with texture downscaling high and texture memory size at very small

Sorry mate, doubt it. Even if you could run it on all lowest settings at your resolution, you'd still get unplayable fps. Might consider upgrading.

i have everything enabled besides ubersampling and depth of field at 1366x768 and i get 30-50 fps. you should easily be able to play ultra.

APU A10-5757M with Radeon HD 8750M ? You should be able to enjoy this game at Medium settings easy, go on mate ;)

Note that NGE doesn't always give you the best possible settings. Put ubersampling to off, anisotropic filtering off and AA off, medium-high at 1080p(40-50 fps)
