I think the CPU is very important and the amount of FPS is not only about the GPU because I've got 45 FPS in the singleplayer and only 25-30 in multiplayer( with the same graphic settings , 1080p ultra no AA). It was the same for Arma 2

Arma 3: realistic military simulation game, just watch some gameplay.
Arma Tactics: top-down strategy simple simulation game, came out of nowhere really...
Arma 3 Survive: It's Arma 3 first campaign, got out now. It's in the game itself.

I have 30 fps in ultra 1080p no AA. Maybe around 60 for you because this game use the phisX engine.
This game require also a very good cpu if you want to play it in multiplayer, but it should be fine for you.

I'm sorry but even the recommended specs aren't going to cut it. Recommended should be atleast an i5 2nd gen. and an AMD 78xx or Nvidia 660 (660-ti?). And yes, this comes from personal experience. Game is fun though! Looking forward to this!

This test is with my current rig
ran the start of the campaign mission where you get into the helicopter and fly to the camp and did a fraps benchmark.
Running on ultra with no AA i got:
min: 16
max: 38
avg: 24.37
even if i lowered everything to very high it only made a difference of a couple frames. Not sure whats up with that.

Because I do own the game ;) Tried it on different setups, even with RAMDisks and still won't run very well. Sadly it is a known problem with ARMA games, even ARMA 2 runs pretty choppy on more recent hardware.

The strange thing though, is that in my rig (wich is way below yours) it plays on mostly high setting, at 20/30 fps. It is just badly optimised i guess.
