The best chance at playing World of Tanks at recommended sys specs on a 1920x1080 screen resolution will be if your PC has at least the GeForce GTX 660/Radeon HD 7850 graphics card. The CPU required to meet recommended requirements is either an AMD Phenom II X4 975 or Intel Core i5-3330 3.0GHz processor. This type of gaming rig will deliver you around the 60 Frames per second. 4 GB will also be needed to achieve the World of Tanks rec specs and get 60FPS. We suggest a 11 year old PC to play smoothly.

It's difficult to agree with this analyse. I have:
AMD A-10 7870K 4-Core
AND RADEON RX580 Sapphire Pulse 8GB
8GB G-Skill Ripjaws DDR3 2133
128+128 SSD's
PS SUPER FLOWER 450W
And normal play with 57-90 fps with FULL HG ..... So, why my CPU is ranked as 0 ??

Can i get 20-25 fps on 710p on medium?

I actually do think you can run it on medium settings with 20-25 fps. I would suggest going with a mix of low and medium to at least get 40 fps as an average. Cheers!

I voted yes because...My dad has got weaker GPU with better CPU (which don't use so much) and on low 720p he can reach 30 FPS but it drops to 20 FPS.

I voted no because even with my old rig I got around 45 to 60 fps on med-low. I had a HD 6970 and a Core 2 Quad Q8200.
