A)play online cause offline is completely useless
B)Turn everything to lowest settings possible and lower your resolution to 800x600,this game lacks optimization and the requirements are outdated.

If you think you should be getting more, open up the console and type fps_max 200

Ugh how much will this rig bottleneck with gtx 970? It says i should upgrade to 16gb ram which i might do in the future but i dont think so. In most games i have seen that my graphics card is too OP but seriously this is what i need to play new games at almost ultra for like 1000$. Anyway, fps?

Bottleneck haha. You should get around 160 fps + and that's on ultra. This isn't really a demanding game like Battlefield 4.

For some odd reason, when I set the game to the lowest possible settings, I get an average 180 FPS. When I max out all of the settings, I also get an average of 180 FPS.

Tested this on FX 5500, and it runs fine at 40fps (medium, 800x600).

If the FX 5500 can run this, even the GeForce3 Ti 500 (2001) could run this game easily :)

Impossible. How can a crappy IGP, which is similar to a GeForce 6600 (see benchmarks) run TF2 so smoothly?

Have you tryed running the game on max settings? Some computer hardware tends to run better on higher settings but of course that also depends on the game.

somethings wrong with this requirements
they say i can run on medium - high but it runs on lowest with 800 x 600 on ca. 30 fps and i use my hardware on highest

I think anyone could play this game now, since there's MAX FPS configs out there. so even if you own a toaster you could easily get a nice 30fps or even higher when using MaxFPS configs

Yes O_O on ultra while recording 100+ fps... assuming your HDD or SSD is fast enough to record at that resolution.
