Everything seems to check out. Though i'm reluctant to say you'll be able to achieve an average of 60fps on high. Medium with light anti-aliasing should net you at least 60fps average at your native resolution.

Based from what I replied with to Neoster69, these commands may help IMMENSLY for Multi-Core users but can also cause issues on some systems if you're unlucky.

As before, the commands are: host_thread_mode 1 (unable to play offline),
r_threaded particles 1,
r_threaded_renderables 1,
snd_mix_async 1

These specific commands gave me a huge performance boost on my new AMD APU Quad-Core rig.

Also, before you enable these commands, you need to properly enable Multi-Core support for TF2. This can be done by typing "-threads x" on the launch options commands in properties. The alternative is adding a command in the autoexec (or simply entering the command into the console, autoexec does it on launch). The command is "mat_queue_mode 2". If this gives you issues, try
"mat_queue_mode -1"

As you can see, i have Quad core processor(2.2ghz OC to 2.53ghz) so, does tf2 support 4 cores? Or does it only use 2 or less ? Fps + settings thx.

TF2 does have some Multi-core support in it's options, but the effect of it can vary. Actually, if you're lucky, using a specified set of commands for an autoexec may provide a huge performance boost for you, as it did for me.

The commands are: host_thread_mode 1 (unable to play offline), r_threaded particles 1, r_threaded_renderables 1, snd_mix_async 1
These may cause problems if your unlucky

Yes but stay away from very detailed maps and use mods for extra fps, keep in mind even the g45 has trouble running this on low

You should get at least 60 FPS on low settings.
On medium you should expect between 35-50.
I wouldn't recommend high settings for this rig, but FPS should be between 30-15.

I would agree with high. Your CPU is good enough to deal with all the CPU stress TF2 puts onto it. Your GPU is not as up to spec however and I recommend you use only very light Anti-Aliasing or none at all for an adequate framerate.

You should be able to get 30-50 fps on Medium at about 720p (1280x720 resolution)
Might depend on your drivers.
