15-30fps, Lowest, 800x600 (may need to change to DirectX 8, or download a max fps config)

GD says my CPU is 68% better and GPU 65% better. I also have more RAM. For me, TF2 is nigh unplayable even with Dx8 and chris' maxframes fps config. You'd better hope that you have really good drivers, else I suggest you should upgrade.

Maybe, but i had a laptop with similar specs to what you have and some maps might give you a couple of lag, and a high ammount of players also reduces the ammount of fps alot c:

I don't think so. TF2 is unplayable for me even with 640x480, Chris' Maxframes fps config, and Dx8. averages about 15-25 fps. Your GPU is even worse than mine. If you want to play TF2 with bearable framerates I highly suggest you upgrade.

Even though GD says my rig is better, I agree with HEAVENISHELL on this one. Your GeForce 9300M GS probably has much better drivers than my GM45 Chipset. You should Consider Downloading Chris' High or Maxframe fps configs, though.

I play this game at low and get -70 fps but everytime a pyro attacks me i get a fps drop to 20-30 fps and this causes me to lose all the fights i have whit a pyro. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

If you are ok with even lower settings but insane FPS try this: https://chrisdown.name/tf2/

You might want to download a mod that reduces particles. My previous GPUs had a lot of problems with particles, but after installing the mod I got +20fps, a real game changer.

So i have been playing this game for a while For all the stats i should run tf2 perfectly but i get these wierd fps drops more often Im playing on high and i get stable 40
+fps sometimes 60 but it drops when its more crowded in the server

As your GFX is a bit more powerful than mine and all the problems I have are overheating (as to why I remove some anti-aliasing), I'll say its the ping. It's normal to have weird servers/players in 3rd world countries/having slow ping.

Well.. i guess! Since my ping is perfect.. even on valve official servers that are across the world.. still i get like 70 ping... in closer servers like norwegian i get 20 ping... just sometimes that lag really bothers me! :D

If you have a resource hogging Antivirus software snooping around, that might be the cause of your fps drops. In that case you should have a look at this thread. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1093560

I really do doubt you'll get 60 FPS. I can't even get 40 stable FPS with DirectX 9 + low settings. TF2 relies very highly on the CPU you have and ours is too slow. A lot of stuff has been added and the performance has been dropping.

You can make the game run on DirectX 8 using steam, it will boost you fps a lot ( from 12 to 150 for example )

Go to your library > Right click TF2 > Properties > Launch Options
Then paste this -dxlevel 80 ( or -dxlevel 81, so some effects won't be disabled )

Will it disable some effects that should destroy something in gameplay on unofficial maps etc?

Nope, it will just disable some simple visual effects, like the pyro's mask or the engineer's helmet won't have that reflection. That's all will change.

If high settings don't give you 60 fps, try medium. You can see your fps ingame by downloading fraps :)
