Yup,without v-sync and aa(edge smooth option) at 1080p.Shadows on medium,ssao samples below 64,and af x2(higher than that stutters),everything else on max.
Enjoy,it's one of the best games out there.Scary as hell with great story!

With your current PC, you should be able to run Amnesia at 720p (1280x720) with medium settings and no V-Sync. I hope you have fun playing this game!

yeah u can run this on medium-high with Fps 21-45
but for high without AA...
